Shipping policy

Total Delivery Time
Standard shipping time of 2-7 business days. Estimated delivery time based on customer locations 

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days for custom orders and shipped on Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Orders placed are dispatched after processing within delivery time of 1 to 4 working days.

Shipping Location
We currently ship within New Zealand and shipped from Christchurch.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress. We use NZ Post as our delivery partner.

Delays
While we aim for next working day delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or courier service disruptions. We appreciate your understanding in these cases.
