How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery across New Zealand takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Need it sooner? Select express shipping at checkout and we'll get it to you faster.
How long does personalised embroidery take?
Each piece is handcrafted to order, so please allow 1–3 business days for production. During busy periods (holidays, Mother's Day) this may extend to 7 days. We'll send you a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $125 within New Zealand. For orders under $125, a flat rate applies. Express and international shipping options are available at checkout.
How should I care for embroidered items?
We recommend gentle hand washing in cool water or machine washing on a delicate cycle inside a mesh laundry bag. Lay flat to dry and avoid direct heat. With proper care, your embroidery will stay beautiful for years.
What is your return policy?
Because each item is personalised just for you, we're unable to accept returns on custom orders. However, if there's an error on our part or your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! At checkout, you can enter a different shipping address and add a personalised gift message. We'll include a hand-written note card with your message — no invoice or pricing is included in gift orders.
